Most items on the site are free shipping. Standard shipping orders generally ship UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or FedEx Ground. We offer a few expedited options in Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.
Standard shipping orders should be received within 2-5 business days. Handling time is generally 1-2 business days.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
At CCW Bags, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s)*. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling. Extenuating circumstances such as, erroneous shipment(s), Defective On Arrival (DOA) merchandise or improperly packed orders may qualify for shipping & handling reimbursement within the 48 contiguous United States & the District of Columbia only. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product(s) we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If conditions are not met, CCW Bags reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the original sale price, less shipping & handling.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
- In order to return an item you first need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To request an RMA number online, contact us and include your order number.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Terms & Conditions:
- An RMA is permission to return merchandise and therefore does not constitute a formal agreement, service contract, guarantee or warranty, express or implied.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packaging materials, documentation, warranty cards, and accessories.
- CCW Bags is not responsible for personal data, or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Delinquent returns will be cancelled & returned to sender at the customer's expense.
- CCW Bags is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or misuse of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
